- b) A partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work already completed.
Non-Satisfaction with Delivered Item:
- If the delivered item matches its description on our website, we generally do not offer refunds. However:
- a) Each request will be evaluated by management for possible partial refunds.
- If the item significantly deviates from its described details on our website:
- a) A partial refund will be favorably considered.
- b) We may choose to deliver the remaining part of the item as originally described, with no refund provided.
