Refunds After Project Commencement:

  1. If a refund request is sent after the project has commenced:
    • a) Depending on the progress of the project, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund.
    • b) A partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work already completed.

Non-Satisfaction with Delivered Item:

  1. If the delivered item matches its description on our website, we generally do not offer refunds. However:
    • a) Each request will be evaluated by management for possible partial refunds.
  2. If the item significantly deviates from its described details on our website:
    • a) A partial refund will be favorably considered.
    • b) We may choose to deliver the remaining part of the item as originally described, with no refund provided.
